help with code 121201

Hi guys, I’ve been having this code come up in my car m2 N55 2016 stage2+ a few times and I can’t figure it out and I can’t find out. What should I do to fix it I do clear it out with Boot mode and every few days it comes back could somebody help direct me on? What should I check and what could be the problem?

put this on, check 3.5bar for tmap in bm3, reflash it, you will be ok
