Well the M3 is already out of production, so it’s a moot point. The M2cs will likely be made available only after the M4cs ends production, bridging the gap between the F82 and G82 M4.

I mentioned this a week or so ago, but now there is an article out. For those questioning why the CS can make sense. 718 GT4 only .8 second faster than CS around hockenheim. CS also had a fuel starvation on that lap. Dedicated 2 seater vs do more 4 seater.
https://www.carscoops.com/2019/11/20...-at-the-track/ Edit: It's not a fueling issue (hpfp or lpfp cannot keep up). It's simply not enough gas left in the tank in that lap. ( See below) Last edited by medphysdave; 11-09-2019 at 09:57 AM.. |

It appears that the German car magazine Auto Bild (issue 12/2019) features an M2 CS test.

This is pretty serious when you add another 40BHP to the mix. Let's just hope the price is not outrageous. |

Hockenheim GP track the M2C is a full seconds slower than the CS. In terms of performance it is significant. Curb weight of the M2C is 3,600. If the rumors are true of the M2CS without CCB of it being 3410, then you are talking about better overall performance with the power bump. |

I believe appropriately priced is $76k to 78k, I think it will be $82k starting, which is online with what Artemis had been posting for a while $85k. I think that's accurate with DCT. I also think that anything under 80k would be a deal.

Wheels upgrade, exhaust, and carbon additions are likely worth 10k. Add adaptive suspension. Probably gets us close to $75k by stacking Patty's onto the M2C. Add the specialized development alongside the M2CS racecar and limited edition. That easily seems to get you to $80k. If you can get one at MSRP the cost of entry may be more reasonable you would initially think.
I had planned on adding CCB, but when I say the number out loud and look at the % cost against expected car cost it seems stupid. |

I've read from the BMW bulletin and the OP post that the black wheel option si high gloss but the Jet Back Performance wheels are matte finish. Can someone confirm if the black wheel option is matte or high gloss? Here is a pic of the black me performance wheels with the matte description. I hope they are not high gloss.

It's going to go for 85k, roughly what it cost for a fully-equipped M4 Comp. |
