Just got an update today to v 2.14.
One of the "what's new" is: - SPORT+ coding in basic mode. Anyone know what that is?

It's probably aimed at all normal BMW's with DCT or Automatics which normally only offer "Drive" and "Sport" but not Sport Plus modes?

Two things:
1. whenever I code something with bimmercode, I lose all of my saved shortcuts (1-8) and have to redo them all. Every time. 2. Is there a way to get both the driver and passenger mirrors to angle down when reversing? Additionally can I change the angle? Right now the passenger mirror angles down but it angles down way too far, I want it to be about half of that value. Any insight?

Tilt angle can be adjusted in Expert mode. Front Electronic Module > Expert Mode > ASP_BORDSTEINAUTOMATIK_DELTA > Custom Value |

Right, I'm aware of that, but it angles down waaay too far. My previous car had both mirrors angle down and it was only about halfway, so you can see both the ground and behind you. Extremely helpful and easy to park in reverse. Not so much with the M2 mirrors... I'm still getting used to it.

Anti-Glare High Beam (AGHB)
Hi guys - I do not think it is possible to code Anti-Glare High Beam using Bimmercode. Has anyone done this using some other method, and if so, how? I like the simplicity of using Bimmercode but also want to see about AGHB. I may have to pay someone to remote code my AGHB and then I can use Bimmercode to experiment on my own with the other things.

I coded my left rear fog light today using the following:
ECU Module Option Default New Value FEM_BODY 3060 NSL_Verbaut nicht_verbaut Verbaut REM 3063 Mapping_Nebelschlussl_L_output off nsl_l However, when I push the button to activate, I get the error "Left two-stage brake lamp malfunction." The error clears when I turn the car off and back on. Do I need to code out the Dynamic Brake Force to avoid this error? |
