Not only the flashiest, but Misano looks nothing like this in person lol. These pics look more like Estoril or something. I also highly recommend people check it out before ordering it. In real life, it's less metallic and way brighter. I usually love BMW blues but Misano is a big miss for me.

Damn that is nice, here comes the insane dealer mark ups...
Surpisingly the dealerships around me dont have mark up. The m4 gts they got allocated they sold for MSRP to those that put their names on the list.

I think it's a Canada-thing. I haven't seen any markups on new vehicles at dealers around me (except those "new-sed" M4 GTS).

I have noticed a couple of things in the pictures:
1) No dual zone climate control (not complaining) 2) Inside door release is not a pull out style like the M3-M4 CS, it has interior door handles (disappointing, keep my fingers crossed that they will change it for the final production cars. Does anyone here has any connections with any dealers for this epic piece? Also, those that are complaining about this cars are the ones that really want one deep down inside |

Jalopnik just rescinded their earlier comment that 500 units are coming to the US
"Update: An earlier version of this story stated the number of cars BMW will send to America; the automaker says it is unable to confirm the exact number of units that will be sent here at this time. We have updated the post accordingly." - Jalopnik Hopefully this is good news and more will be coming stateside 🤞

Agreed for the most part.....but the last real ///M car will be whichever model is the last to come with three pedals, so that designation can't truly be attached to any models yet.

I kinda wanted a barebones model, no idrive, no ac or climate controls, no radio or speakers, no power seats or seat heaters, no power mirrors or power windows. A super bare bones track focused car. But that's just me.

Disappointed that it doesn't have a CS special decal like the 3.0 CS or the M3 LTW or the M stripes woven into the carbon roof or something special other than badging to designate it isn't just a M2C with performance parts bolted on.

Car looks wank
Literally what I predicted, a regular M2C with the M-Performance catalogue thrown in, a tune and a few other gimmicks.. Really nothing special Call me a hater or a troll but this is just super lazy from BMW. Zero innovation. Only thing I like are the M4 CS seats and the center console trim. Rest looks tacky and boy racery. Nothing iconic or special about it. For what they'll charge for it, there's countless better cars you can get. |
