Off topic (I have close to 8,000 miles now) but I’ve been giving some real consideration to the Emira. If you don’t need the practicality that the F87 provides what would you have? Euro delivery of a Porsche would be on top of the list since I lost the opportunity to do that with the M2CS. But the for the same price of the Emira you’re looking at a GTS 718. Compared to that, reports on the Emira show it as a more soulful and fun car to drive than the Porsche.
What else would be on everyone’s short list?

No salt in FL, except in the ocean breeze. Tracking just under 7,500 miles and have been pretty consistent driving about 200 miles per month.

Depends on where you live. I lived 2 blocks from the beach and my outdoor light fixtures corroded in less than 5 years. HVAC compressors don't last long either, and those things are pricey.

It's not like the NY winters, but you better keep your car indoors and clean.

Yeah, for sure. I’m about 500 meters to the bay, which doesn’t seem to affect things as much as being on the open Gulf of Mexico. But over time, it will have some impact.

Yes, I keep the car clean and garaged if it’s not being driven.
