Problem solved/new question re: 18x9.5
I had been wondering which 19" wheels to use at the track, but I've since found exactly what I was looking for i.e., 18x9.5 square. Now the question is which tires will rub with stock camber/suspension and which ones won't!
I have Apex FL-5s 18x9.5 ET 28 and the fitment guide says some tires that run wide may require a bit of negative camber. Currently mounted are Hankook RS4s that have seen a fair number of heat cycles/use and included in the sale was a set of new Nankang AR-1s (both sets are 265/35/18). Will one, the other or both rub? Anyone with experience with these? I'd love to try the AR-1s, but would like to avoid rubbing or the need for camber plates! Thanks

The answer depends on your suspension setup. Are you lowered, on coil over, or have stock suspension?
