Yes with the overrev they were. but them wanting to replace everything new engine etc that would cost $43,000 didnt make sense to me but i do understad why they would want to do that so they dont have any future problems with the car. the timing was just off and paying under 5k now at a shop nearby.

This is an understatement. The OP wasted our time misleading us all and looking for help. I'm sure he never disclosed the truth to the high end dealership he bought the car from or the BMW dealership. He was looking for warranty work when it was his own fault (or his friends) and he knew it.

The whole thing stunk like rotten fish for good reason and now he's telling people to GFT?
