Video: Auto Club Speedway - Roval
my first time out in the M2 trying to learn her limits. i'm faster in the m2 than i was in my e92 m3 at this track. i kept it in sport+ (w/ Euro-MDM) because i'm afraid of the walls here and the banked oval is scary on street tires. i guess i need a bit more testicular fortitude to get closer to the wall and carry more speed thru turn 1 hahaha it was about 100F last weekend and dealing w/ tire pressures was a pain. I started the day at 27psi and reset TPMS on grid. i let out a bit of air before the second session back down to 30psi from 36psi and reset TPMS at the grid. 3rd session was after a long lunch and pressures dropped to 27psi before going out so the car kicked me into Comfort mode 2 laps in. Stock brake pads seem adequate on this track since there's only 4 hard braking zones spaced out decently from each other. Started the day w/ 100 octane, then had to fill up after session 2 w/ 91 octane. At these temps, you can tell there's a difference in the car's ability to maintain power as laps go by. overall this car is just a blast to drive and it handles beautifully on track. my best time was 2:05 - and i know what i can do to get it lower, just need more seat time (and less tack traffic) in this car to keep learning and pushing to find its limits 2017 M2 6MT KW V3: Rebound 4/Bump 3 Ground Control Camber: -2.5deg Akra Exhaust, GruppeM Intake, Evolution Raceworks Charge Pipe, Active Autowerke FMIC, Castrol SRF Brake Fluid, BBS FI-R |

Its a fun track...albeit dangerous in areas if you don't know what you are doing
Definitely need to be closer to the wall for turn 1. Assuming PSSes? I can't imagine going out with stock pads...they fade for me in the canyons... |

yah pss. entering turn 1 at 135/140 is scary on these tires which is why i don't want to get closer to the wall lol
