BMW has a new indoor car cover for the M2/M2C in black. Part number is 82152462282 but i don't think it's available yet

Dealer should be able to order. It's crazy expensive though. I got quoted $495 CAD

Where did you order it? 495 CAD doesn't seem bad, Specialized wants 200 euro just to ship one of their covers and Covercraft wants over 400 USD + shipping for the one I was looking at.

I have full coverage on the M2 from my BMW M235i cover . No binding, pulling or stretching .

Finally had a chance to clean my car up over the week and fit the new OEM cover. I'm really happy with how it looks, it'll do a great job of keeping dust and tiny finger prints off my car over the winter.

What is the interior of the cover like? Soft? Any protection from a stray scuff or scrape from a wondering 2yr old?

Called my local BMW dealer today about ordering the MP black cover and said he saw the cover in the system but in the global part system, not the US. So they couldnt order it. Forgot to ask how much it was showing in the system for. Mike care to share how much you spent?

It’s a soft fleece type material on the inside. I have a 3 and 5 year old and it’ll help as it relates to finger prints, touching and something brushing up against the car. As for cost it was a little under $300 shipped

My dealer told me that the MP indoor cover was not available at all in the US and the response he got from Integrated Dealer Support in Germany was that the part is blocked due to poor quality and currently there is no ETA for this to be resolved.
