Are all wheels of same diameter, width and offset the same?

As the title says. Are wheels from different manufactures same, if the diameter, width and offset match? For example, 18 x 9.5 ET 35 wheel...is it going to be the same dimension between different brands, or am I missing something?
thanks!

Dimensionally, yes. However, there are other things to consider such as concavity and barrel clearance. What specifically are you trying to sort out?

Just general question. I'm shopping for some cheap autocross wheels.

Cheap wheels tend to weigh more for a given size. And, may be more easily (but not necessarily) damaged.

Barrel diameters vary.

Everything else? Stiffness, fragility, ease of repair - not so much.

As DetroitM2 mentioned, there will be a huge disparity in regards to spoke and barrel profile which has a dramatic impact on for brake clearance. Beyond that, the other important factors to consider are weight, load rating (strength), construction, certification, warranty coverage and so forth.

Even if a wheel design from two different companies looks similar at the surface, they can and will be drastically different for the reasons mentioned above.

Since he replied. Check out Apex wheels. They're affordable and very tuff for track use. Well respected brand that doesn't break the bank.

Found these dirt cheap. This should fit, right?

Color: Gunmetal
Brand: VMR
Offset: 33
Hub Bore: 72.6mm
Bolt Pattern: 5x120
Rim Diameter: 18
Rim Width: 9.5

I agree, Apex is definitely a great option. Super popular with my friends. But I really just want a beater wheel for the occasional autocross, so looking at all my options.

All the 18" VMR wheels will not clear the M2 brakes.
