I just picked up my M2 yesterday and been trying to figure out how to make the connected drive app work. It always says failed as a status but the only time it work was when I sent a lock action and it did it. But now it won't even do anything, help?

Moving it to a open area with good cell reception and try again? I got similar problem due to parking in the undergroud carpark.

If it doesn't work you may need to delete the vehicle in the app, pair again and see how it goes.

Mine was down for a couple of hours earlier this week, too. I think sometimes the system goes down....it's not just you. I was in a known good place and neither cellular nor wifi worked with connected. Everything else on my phone did. I tried the next day and all was well.
