Does anyone know if there's a way to change the default setting that engages when you start the car?

I have an M2cs and it defaults to - efficient, sport shocks, sport steering. I had the same issue in my M2c but could never figure out a way to change it. I have the M1 and M2 buttons set to my sport and sport+ modes but would love to have the car in efficient / comfort / comfort at start up by default.

I am surprised it's not that way from the factory

Possibly with general coding you can change the default

I never found a way with coding or otherwise on the F generation cars to make it start in something other than comfort.

I just checked again; nothing's changed. I was however surprised to see that Bimmercode has a way to set this on the G series cars, including the M3/4 so it'll also be available for the G87.

Thanks. I guess I'll have to add that to the list when I code for full screen car play.
