Just spotted this guy in Denver

After just comfirming my M2 was enroute to the port, I stumbled across this guy near the Denver Art Museum!

Any members here? You even zoomed by me on Speer, the Dinan exhaust sounded pretty dang good.

Very cool. I'm in Denver too, hope I spot it sometime soon.

Do you not have to have a front plate in CO? (or USA in general?)

Hello Denver folks!

I'm currently shopping for an M2 and planning to put down a deposit for a Nov/Dec build date. The only problem is I have never seen an M2 in person . I've done all the research, read through all the reviews and blogs, but would love to have the opportunity to actually see one in person. None of the dealerships in the area ever has one on the lot for more than a couple of days.

I was wondering if any of you would be so kind to let me check out your car. No test drive needed. I wouldn't let a stranger drive my car either.

I used to be an avid BMWCCA member with E36 M3, Z3M Coupe, E46 Wagon, but have been without a bimmer in the garage for the last 7 years. Hope to change that soon.

Thank you in advance!

Come by 3zero3 Motorsports next Saturday from 10 - 1pm. They're having a BMW open house that my car will be at that you're welcome to check out. Otherwise let me know if that time doesn't work and we can schedule sometime else.

Just a quick bump for this thread - I noticed in the first pic the car didn't have a front license plate.

From checking the CO Driver's Handbook, it does state we must have both plates showing. But I'd be curious to know if any other CO M2 drivers run without a front plate? It looks so much better without it...

I've been running without a front plate for the past 4k miles but do understand this could result in a ticket at some point. I've seen some other mounting options if the time comes.

Also, be careful parking at a meter in Denver, they give you a $75 ticket!

I never put a front plate on unless I am parking downtown or somewhere there is a parking meter. I probably average one $75 ticket a year.

I bought the fully optioned floor model 2018 M2 from Schomp a couple of weeks ago. LBB and the M Performance package. Pics are over on the LBB pic section of the M2 forum.

Also, I haven't run front plates on any of my cars for the last decade. Can't park in the street though, but I hardly go downtown.
