$800 for just the seat bottom?? I'd review that tech bulletin that calls it a desirable feature and spend the $$ on something useful. These are not the kind of ripples that count as 'defective ripples' (I'm recalling an early corvette that left me feeling like I was sitting on a Sharpei).

For me it’s purely an aesthetic eyesore that I’m having trouble getting passed. However, I’m happy knowing it doesn’t get worse.

I really don’t see anything wrong there. I guess you can call them wrinkles but I think it looks fine. Much better than what I got on my Merino F80 with white cracking on the bolsters.
