I think your missing the issue. Go find the other Noelle thread where we went 10 pages pointing out how Noelle is bullshit because (1) their warranty is garbage and (2) they won't provide a dyno and no one can verify their power numbers because a dyno teat would void your warranty.

As far as trust level, they lost it on this forum amongst enthusiasts.

LOL I must have missed that part, dyno'ing a car with their tune voids their warranty? WTF

I think the major issue wasn’t if it made more power than stock, but more so if their claims were accurate. When people started questioning it, it started getting weird for a lack of a better term.

The warranty seemed a little sketchy and the verbiage was constantly changing. Then there was a claim that the M2C had a different crank hub which is why it could be warrantied. Actually have this one in writing as I emailed them when searching for a tune. We all knew that not to be true so they changed it so that you would need to install one of their crankhubs to have a warranty. Then there was a slew of super sketchy people that claimed that Noelle was the best. These people had low post counts and couldn’t actually furnish proof. Later, on the M5 side, Dragy results were coming out showing that the car didn’t really seem to be making the advertised power when compared to other options. Members started to talk about putting the car on a dyno, then Noelle changed their warranty to say dyno runs would void the warranty. Finally the company puts out a dyno, for a M5 which doesn’t help the S55 folks. M5 crew didn’t seem super impressed but I think it’s more because the company couldn’t really be trusted at this point.

So I’m not saying Noelle is fraudulent, but I am saying buyer beware. At the very least, the way the organization is ran appears very much to be amateur hour. Established companies probably get more leeway, but it’s hard to trust a company no one ever heard of 6 months ago.

Excellent summation.

pz619 Thescout13 Believe me I have read all of the threads post by post. I don't trust Noelle at all either, their behavior has been incredibly odd. But my question wasn't whether or not Noelle seemed trust worthy. I was simply asking if anyone had explained why someone like Marc would enthusiastically endorse Noelle. I guess he got a tune was pleased with it and that was that? The product he got and the behavior Noelle exhibited on the forums don't square. It is truly bizarre.

Because it's nice to be sponsored by and be a vendor for Noelle. He has a financial incentive.

And we appreciate your questions, no worries. Better so the next guy understands too.

I will admit I was hoping for some sort of crazy story behind it all, but I guess that simple explanation would make the most sense.
