Are you referring to the IND oil cooler protection skid plate? I'm looking for a OE front bumper skid plate (I don't plan to put a lip on). I found one from Scrape Armor; it is $500 and I'm still waiting to hear if it fits with M2C (vs M2). Otherwise, I've found a few generic protection strips. I am not sure how effective these will be (at least they are inexpensive).

The IND one is actually SUPER heavy duty. I only wish I had truck bed liner it or something before installing but it's held up great. The only down side is they give you body nuts which flair at the end so the bottom of the plastic bumper cover bulges a little at each mounting point in the front. I didn't have any spare nut certs the size of the front mounting points otherwise I would have used those for a more flush mounting to the plastic. |

Been almost a month of ownership, so far it's been
- geico mbi (once I found out it covers a tuned car) - paint matched ind front reflectors - honey comb rear reflectors - full front and rear bumper ppf (@detailersdoman) - ceramic coat Si3D - BimmerCode used for folding mirrors and to change the gong to the i model gong (a lot more pleasant) Next will be a lip, rear diffuser (not sure which ones yet) And either akra or mpe |

Car should be here in a week or so. So, just purchased:
Acexxon universal lip protector: https://ind-distribution.com/collect...-lip-protector M2C keychain from arsenyc : https://rennenwear.com/products/m2-c...dered-keychain I usually am not into "branded" keychains, but I like the design and that a board member makes them.

It's a bit heavy but it's solidly mounted to the car, not the plastic. The plastic is mounted to it, not the other way around. The body nuts they provided for the front plastic valence connection are not flat hence the bulge you see in the plastic. Next time I take it off I will install nut certs in the skid plate so I can have a flush mount for the plastic. Otherwise - it's been great. Haven't really had to test it out luckily.. |

This is a nutcert(rivnut) which is riveted into the hole in the skidplate, look how flat and thin the widest part is. That's the only part that would be exposed under the plate. You can see how the plastic would lay flat over that vs the body nut. |

I’m glad I’m the only one with ‘problems’. I’ve toned down with 4 wheel stuff and only go crazy with motorcycles. For the M2c, I just did the following:
-Full clear film kit including replacing the OEM rear fender protection -Paint correction and CQuartz pro ceramic (Wheels and calipers as well) -15% tint, 38% on the windshield -Fancy ‘2’ keychain -Arsenyc board member keychain -Toy M2 from the parts department -overpriced bmw phone able kit |

I had the front splitter, 763m gold, side wings, diffuser, and IND painted reflectors before I received my car. My car now has
Three colors in front Full screen CarPlay PPF Ceramic coating Magnetic wheel caps The best value mods to me are probably IND painted reflectors Full screen CarPlay Ceramic coating if you do it yourself The most essential mod for me PPF is a must especially if you have a hard color to match like the blue or orange though I assume the silver and black can be hard to match as well. My personal favorite of my mods are the gold 763m they look fantastic on LBB. |

Back in april we were at the Nürburgring and I drove the VLN 24Hour layout(GP/F1 layout connected to the Nordschleife, so about 25kms one lap) and bought myself a sticker. Not the usual 'map' Nürburgring sticker but the 'N' sticker.
And that's all I bought for my M2C atm. You can find more info here(in German). http://mikefrison.com/?rubrik=N-Aufkleber And no I never wash my cars, yes once in a while when there are too many insects on windscreen/front.... Cheers Robin |
