Autoid V2 M Style Cf Mirror Caps

Hi guys , i'm wondering if anyone installed the new v2 m style mirror caps on the M2 . Can anyone post some pictures of it or any installation info ? Ive heard some guys with autotecknic that installed the mirrors that they had to break some clips in order to fit? Im not sure about this , im just wondering . What you guys think about it? Any fitment issues or quality issues? Are the Version 2 an upgrade of the version 1 or just visual difference? I ve seen a guy who install those and they look absolutely insane! Autoteknic versions do not require to break any clips. You may be thinking of the M Performance ones.

The latest one from Autoteknic are the version 2 dry carbon which are much thinner and lighter than version 1. Also the fitment is close to OEM.

Version 1 compared to version 2 and version 2 with IND paint work.

They are also coming out with a full mirror housing that will look similar to the M4 within a week.
