BMW M2 Competition - First Drive Impressions

Hey guys,

Thought it was worth sharing our first impressions driving the new M2 Competition.

Having owned and driven the first M2 for over a year, we can say that this new car has completely annihilated the mid-range sports car category!

Long story short, order was placed in early 2017 as soon as news was released on the forum here regarding the new car.

Really like your street test review mate though this review should be placed in the M2 Competition forum

How were you able to order the calipers in Orange?

He got the colour right...the car was black...pretty much nothing else he said was factually correct.
M4 "sumptuous leather seats"...um No. Dakota, not Merino.
Now "with digitalized cluster" ... um No. Backlit Analog.
Car will be faster after "limp mode" removed...um what? No. 4.2s 0-60...just as advertised.

I stopped watching after he redlined a car with only 65kms on the odo, lol.

0-62 (0-100km/h) actually

Driving like this is the norm in that area for people in a hot car
