I use to be on it all the time, but then jumped ship once the M2 came out. Don't tell me that's what they call non-comp M3/4?

Probably was just still on shipping blocks. Oh well.

Thanks OP for the in person pics. I personally like the color and updates. I’m curious if it will sound anything like the M3/4 Comp pack exhaust.

I don’t understand why they couldn’t include adjustable suspension settings like the M3/4. It just looks odd with a blank button there and for especially this price point.

Can’t wait for them to be in the showroom here in the USA.

I bet they're going to offer an M Adaptive dampers option in the next year or two.. They're just rationalizing out the features.. Just like the M2 delay on the sunroof option.

Ladies and gentlemen, a moment of silence please. Allow me to pass the floor to our keynote speaker of tonight who will eloquently share his personal aural automotive experiences. m34m, the mike is on - the audience is all yours now !

I'm going to go out on a limb and declare the 2016-17 cars the most desirable. I didn't love the LCI model but still better than this Comp. I'm holding onto my 2017 with glorious N55 for as long as I can.

Given the trend, probably crazy stiff.

I actually like the front kidney grille. Yeah the sound isn't great, but at least it's got a real M engine this time. I do love the sound of the N55 though.

Maybe I'm wired differently or something but I can't figure out why everyone consistently bashes the S55 sound. It's an exhaust, it makes a sound; get over it...

The M2C could be silent or blast "Mary Had A Little Lamb" instead exhaust sound and I will still take that Twin Turbo, Six Speed, 100% locking LSD, RWD anyday over the competition (no pun)..

Sounds just like the M4 lol. I guess you'll need to fork out another 3k for exhaust if you want it to sound nice. I'd still take this over the current M2

S55 gets a lot of shit for sounding bad but it's a formidable engine otherwise

Came for the S55 hate. Was not disappointed. Everyone on the F8X forums are buying aftermarket red starter buttons or $100 ignition assemblies with the new red starter button but it gets hate here. Lol incredible. Lots of buyers remorse. Don't get me wrong I'd be the same way. Never getting a first year model M car ever with the way BMW screwed over first year F90 M5 and M2 buyers.
