If it had 36 miles on it, someone was driving it around. Unfortunately it is very difficult to prove.

I loaded an IFTT app in my car which records every time it is driven. I will activate it before taking it to the dealer next time and make sure they know about it. When I took mine in for the first oil change someone took my car out for a joy ride, I could see the grind on the corners of my tires, again, it's difficult for me to prove. The young guys especially love to get their hands on the M2 and M235i at the dealerships. I could see their eyes get big when I drove up.

I had 9 miles on mine. Anything more than 10 and you better hope the gas station was really far away, otherwise they gave it a nice joyride

How did you get ifttt on the car? Sounds like something I want to do.

My car is pretty much fully loaded so I'm not sure what options you'd need, but probably the Tech package. There are more and more apps available all the time.

Did all that and do not have the Widget listed in my choices for the split screen.. Oh well, I'll use the 'help me, I'm stupid' button tonight on the drive home.. lol

If I remember right it was a little fiddly in the beginning. Once it is loaded you're home free

You should have said something, because they could have done irreversable damage in that time driving it.. I made it clear to my salesman that if anyone drove my car from the day it was delivered to pick up or if they kept it in the showroom for people to look at it I would refuse delivery and contact BMW NA about it..
