Nope, not mine, but going to a good home --> MartyE12345 : https://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...5#post23551265

I think I was too harsh earlier in the week to the AW + bi-colored 788s. These wheels just need to be clean and the tires dressed, which is the same case for my F80's 666Ms.

The car looks fantastic...enjoy the pics.

The 788's have really grown on me. Nice pictures!

Is the owner in the west burbs? I need to keep my eyes open.

ChrisK , he's definitely from the West, but not the West Chicago suburbs.

I can't wait for someone to compare their old M2 that they sold to their newly purchased M2c.

Almost looking forward to these owner reviews more than the magazine ones we received.

I like the 2QT wheels. The silver caliper color seems unfortunate though, it does not stand out at all.

Read Marc’s (MR.) review here comparing M2C with his OG M2:

So I saw that, he drove a M2 with particle filter. Plus he drove a manual where he owned a DCT before. Hard to review this way IMO.

I am looking for a U.S. spec M2c review compared to a U.S. spec M2 owner who updated.

Agree, the wheels really pop. Can't believe they add 6 pot calipers, then finish them silver.

I thought there was an option to get red calipers?? Was there a significant extra cost for that, hence why no one is doing it?

Agreed - these need to be a different color for sure, hell, even the standard M blue would have been better IMO.

I think you can get them, but I think those count as M performance parts - aka, I think the car will only be delivered with the silvers and then you can add the reds later.

That's going to be expensive though - I will probably just paint mine...

The red calipers are part of the Performance Parts. Same calipers just red.

I don’t know what it is (maybe the wheels and color combo) but the AW M2C in a way reminds me of the 1M ... just more modern looking and grown up. I think the rear is better looking on the 1M butttt the front is better looking on the M2C. The 1M seems like the immature high school senior undefeated at beer pong (impresssive), and the M2C a senior college student who’s ready to do business but still attends the occasional freshman house parties... and finishes the keg.

Just thinking out loud here. Anyone else agree?

i agree completely, however i think the M2C only attends if the keg has good quality craft beer.
