Thank you! I think these look great - before you powder coated, were they a pretty shiny chrome? Agreed that these are probably the best bang/buck of all the tip options, and some of the best looking.

Yes. They were pretty much your standard chrome tips.

Very simple. The cover just pops out. I used a microfiber cloth, trim tool, and a rubber mallet. Some people use the felt edge squeegee.

Used the 2nd one from the left.

Felt edge squeegee.

Just line up the tool on the top edge with the microfiber folded on top of the edge and gently tap with the rubber mallet.

Here is a good video to use as reference.

its a pretty easy mod to do. just take your time. when installing the cover, make sure you pay attention to the tabs and that they all line up properly before you press it in. last thing you need is breaking them. if i were to guess, each side should only take 2-5 minutes each.

Your drop (esp in the rear) look lower than other pics I've seen

Yes. I am still on MP coilovers. No spacers. I have no new pics. Let me try and take some new ones this weekend.

I have been in the lowest setting in the rear since it was installed. I have not noticed if it has gone down any more. If it did, the springs might have settled a little more.
