FS:M2 N55 Remus Catback(Used 1000km from brand new + CG precision), photo updated

Directly shipped from Austria in Aug 2020, with Carbon Tip. just used for almost 1000km, selling the whole set for $5500. (over $6700 when new). NO Damage on exhaust, whatsoever. CG precision valve controller, is included, this is a must have feature for aftermarket exhaust. stock ecu wont close valve.

Prefer pairing with stock downpipe. Pick up only

location: North Sydney, Sydney

Would you sell the valve controller seperately and if so, how much?

Hey there.
You're selling this outright, not looking to include a swap with a stock catback right?

I think this is the best sounding exhaust for the N55 M2. Is it really so loud in all settings?

It doesn't work with the Comfort/Sports/Sports+ setting?

Thanks

yes i am selling this whole set, not looking at swapping.

it is loud when accelerating, even in comfort mode. cruising in 80km is same as stock.

without the controller, it wont close valve. it only adjust the sound via ecu

i doubt full straight pipe is the best sound for this car though, it gets quite a lot of attention, especially when the car start to burble and pop.

I have all the burbles coded out, same for ASD. Not into that stuff.

On the Remus YouTube clip it shows them hitting the factory C/S/S+ button to change modes - is that how it works?

It's tempting. I swore no more mods on this car unless they were performance enhancing...maybe I can argue weight savings.

no the factory ecu only control sound via rpm, not closing the valve, it does not quiet down in anytime.

Awesome sounding exhaust. The valve controller is a must.

I am thinking of adding a catted downpipe to my Remus.

Is your setup even too loud when you close the valves?

I've got the Remus/Fabspeed Dp and with the valves shut I don't find it loud at all, there's no rasp or drone. I'd definitely recommend having a valve controller, I use the Cg precision one same as OP as it keeps the noise down when you want to. Mines set to have the valves always closed and I can open them on demand.

in comfort mode, closing valve does shut it up a bit, and yes it is not too loud. my setting is open all the time and close via control. why close valve when you purchase straight pipe though. I suggest it pair with stock downpipe still, it sounds a bit like a "tractor" to me when having low rpm city driving. However you wouldnt notice much in the cabin with window closed, cause it is a bmw.
