Delivery progress
2 months and 15 days after the car was completed it has finally made it to the dealer. Arrived this Sunday morning. I will say I was having a wee bit of remorse on my color choice. But after seeing today that remorse evaporated. Pictures do not present HS well. It must be seen in person. Last hurdle is dealer prep and finding a good day weather wise to get her home. Afterall its winter here in Michigan

That wait is painful! Congrats on your patience.
Don’t have remorse for color choice. There is no wrong decision. They all look great. Only remorse I have is not selecting CCB’s. Brake dust can take a flying f. Enjoy the drive

thank you. It was a painful wait....repeating 2 months and 15 days after the car was built and complete. Ive ordered BMWs before in pre-Covid era and it took 4 weeks thereabouts. But, its here now thank goodness

Congratulations! We can now safely say the finer cargo aboard the Hoegh Traveller has been put to bed. Looks great, and love the HS in both wheel treatments.

I fully concur about HS on CS carbon black highlights and wheels needs to be seen in person. It's grabs attention and shows off the contours of the car beautifully. The metallic paint flecks really reflect light and shadows beautifully. As a keen photographer one thing that's struck me from initial photography of the HS is that JPEG compression flattens the light gradation on the car and white balancing on camera and some social media apps 'corrects out' the grey/silver and returns it to an unrepresentative white. An interesting phenomenon. |

This one has some of the colour change but viewing uncompressed it looks incredible. In real life even more so. The gold hue dances around. It's an incredible colour. (My M2C which I farewell on Thursday). |
