In California any change to emissions equipment isn't legal unless it's CARB certified. Tampering with cats is illegal. If they do visual inspection which they're supposed to it should in theory fail.

I have the Reumus Race + the AA EL non resonated. I cant wait..

Just an update. Basically the catless DPs make the rasp around 2k rpm (when driving normally with EL mid only) much louder vs with stock DPs. At WOT I think it sounds more aggressive, burbles are louder, and Start up is much louder

I'm guessing it's because of the catless dp + non-res EL? I think at the start of the thread I read the recommendation is to get resonated EL of you have catless dp 🤷*♂️

Thanks for sharing! IMO going catless and without resonators kind of defeats the purpose of the EL.

My goal is to reduce the "flatulence" and promote a more pleasant tone like a 2J or B58. I got the resonated and will use with stock dp and udder.

Hopefully have it in by mid Feb.
