I'm a fan of subtle colors but I probably won't be going this direction with my HS. Here's a 1974 2002 that's being raffled on Omaze right now with what I assume are historically correct stickers. I'd put in a bid but I only have space for one garage queen. The backwards 2002 is intentional.

Now that the M2C is in the garage.. I kinda want to try this, if there is a cheap way to do it, because if it isnt good, obviously will take it right back off.
Did anyone every come up with a cheaper alternative? I am surprised to not find immediate less expensive options with google, or main alt vendors, or even AliExpress at this point. **edited* 19 pages of AlieExpress scrolling later.. I found at least one. Gonna very likely roll the dice.. spend $50 for probably $1 worth of vinyl...

Why not just go to a local vinyl decal shop or similar and have then print you some options. Way cheaper and can get extra material for way less than the hundreds of $$ BMW charges for something this simple.

You want Oracal 951 Premium vinyl. If you can find 1 ft square sheets it's more than enough.
Th BMW ///M Colors: 031 Red 555 Glacier Blue 564 Light Navy Create some templates and it's easy. Finding the vinyl may prove difficult but if you have a local ppf installer, you may be able to source it there. I have them on my front lip and really like the look. |

YUP that's what I used.... Exact colours are from Oracal's 951 Premium vinyl range. 031, Red 555, Glacier Blue 564, Light Navy I went and bought 12" x 12" Sample sheets of these 3 colors then took my time creating templates of the 3 slots. I bought 3 sheets of each color for a total of $19 bucks! HTH, HAZMAT __________________

Has anyone done this with Sunset Orange?
Just not sure of the look, as compared to black, white, or HS.

Here's mine with non OEM decals only on the front, it is just wrapped with vinyl. I like it, it's subtle but it gives some pop.
