Conti DWS-06's now on with a 12.5mm spacer.
This perfectly simulates the amount of poke that my 19x11 et37 w/ 285/35/19 set up will have. This will allow me to troubleshoot what the car tracks like and if it rubs at all with this aggressive setup. With 285/35, the tire will stick out .5mm more .. so I'm confident if this test fit works - I'll be A okay with the next set up. The only thing that this will affect differently is the scrub radius. The scrub radius with the new set up (19x11 et37 and 285/35) maintains the same scrub radius, this unfortunately will experience some negative scrub radius. EDIT: Drove it to the beer distrib, no rubbing - was trying to hit every bump and pothole.

Wheels arrived, going to try my hand at an unboxing video and will grab some good photos later.

Also, I took the garage back to a clean slate this week. Took everything off the walls and filled in holes/skimmed/painted the garage and the doors. Super happy with the garage. I'll start getting things back on the walls.
The first thing to go back up will be the new comet 1700 power washer and BLO Air-GT. I'm having a hard time tracking down a local Denver dealer for stainless steel shelves for all my detailing stuff.

They are actually the same Face, #4, my guess is my fisheye is causing the rears to look more concave than the fronts.

Finished the rough draft of my detailing corner of the garage.
I need to track down some stainless steel shelves and stainless steel sheeting to put up to protect the paint from the water and make it look segmented from the rest of the garage.

Once this covid nonsense is gone, I'll check back in and see if you have any interest in coming over. I had DAS do my body and trim. I need to do my glass, wheels and brakes and I've got all the GYEON Quartz ready to go ... want to get the garage space 100% sorted before I start on my next car projects.

The reel rolled up very nicely, and it holds great pressure. Isn't too loud, I've got it mounted on an exterior facing wall and it didn't wake up my son taking his afternoon nap in our ranch home on the same floor. Instructions say to only mount to a masonry wall, but my set up held up just fine with power washing the floor of my garage this weekend. I will be washing the car for the first time either next weekend or the weekend following depending on weather and if I get my stainless steel shelves installed or not.

With inspiration from a lot of tire discussions on here, I attempted to put together my own comparison table.
I think the 255/35 - 285/35 set up will work well with my wheel selection. Should maintain pretty similar bias. I am currently running +10mm spacers and +12.5mm spacers Fr and Rr to test out the clearance for the future set up. |

Continued to get the garage in order after taking it back to 0.
I need to grab a new 2x10 in the correct length and paint it white, otherwise the detailers corner is nearly done. |

I purchased exhaust tips off of Bimmerpost .. unfortunately they arrived with a chip in the paint. Pretty bummed about it, emailed Active Autowerke to see if they have any advice for me.
I'll probably install them to get a feel for what it looks like and see if I can hide the chip when installed. They'll still look better than OEM small tips. |
