M2 CS just clicks the right buttons for old timers.

Good luck BMW in your next adventure. I am moving on after the CS.

Curious to know where you are going next? I'm about in that same boat.

C8 appeals to this old guy.

Look, I have young children and also see patients with head injuries every day, so I am sympathetic to your issues . . . you just need to step back and relax man. Be polite and respectful and remember, we are just talking about cars.

Back on topic...I was offered another allocation from a different dealer and took that one for build week 49 (other one is 45). The later build actually appeals to me due to personal timing. Now I have two of the same builds. Good to have options.

Speaking of 7-year-olds, you need to take a step back and recognize we are on a car forum. The phrase 'disposable motorized appliance' offends you because you put too much value in the product and the topics discussed. You take the topics too personally and resort to stupid-ass and personal remarks when someone is perceived to be offending your prized appliance.

Look, I have young children and also see patients with head injuries every day, so I am sympathetic to your issues . . . you just need to step back and relax man. Be polite and respectful and remember, we are just talking about cars.

You also understand that you using the term "appliances" where it is not necessary (not adding anything constructive to the sentence) is pretty obviously you being inflammatory. You're purposefully saying appliances to fish for getting people triggered.

Hello friends, been following along for a month or so now. Was told week 45 build then went into production begins last Wednesday. I have a 2019 230i xdrive and will keep that at least through the winter (its great in the snow).... the driveway is going look very cool / kinda nuts with each spectrum of the F87 in it.... CS in manual.

How does calling a machine an appliance trigger anyone?

Are you really that sensitive to how someone refers to your car?

For the record, all of my cars are every bit as much disposable motorized appliances as anyone else's. . .

At any rate . . . this CS crowd has really become quite isolated and hypersensitive . . . I will gracefully show myself the door.

I agree. AVM has some owner perspective that is valued. Readers might be surprised if they follow some of his posts.

1. Please don't consider different opinions about M2 CS aspects as 'personal attacks', 'hate', 'jealousy', 'sour grapes' and the like. Agree to disagree, also in this M2 CS bubble.

Not suggesting that you should accept recurrent polarizing trolling and other vicious behavior, but learn to cope with criticism and possible hurt feelings. This is an 'M2 CS' section where enthusiasts can respectfully speak their minds about all things M2 CS good and bad - not an 'M2 CS Owners Only' section or 'M2 CS Praise Only' section.

2. Back on topic: see the new dedicated thread here.

3. Locking this derailed thread.
