10 miles from the dealer prep. I put a additional 15 test drive miles on. I am the only one to test drive my M2C as my dealer keeps all the new M cars inside. No tire kickers ever get to drive a M car with my dealer.

What should the added mileage range be for a European delivery when picking it up in the USA?
I picked it up in Munich with 4 miles on it and dropped it off in Paris with 922. Is there any reason it should not be the same 4-10 mile range everyone here seems to be suggesting? |

2 on mine. But to be fair, I cheated and picked it up at the Welt.

We all want pristine cars but these are unlimited production cookie cutter regular M cars. Would I be ticked with excess miles, absolutely. But I wouldn't throw around the price unless I bought something truly special and limited. Porsche 911 R? 918? Ferrari SF90? Pagani? What if you knocked down a house in DC or NY and paid a builder $800,000+ to put something new up on the lot? Think the contractors didn't dump in your toilet? How about if the $80k Patek perpetual calendar you just bought went on 30 wrists and a sales clerks first date? That all said, if my miles don't foot from ED delivery to dealer pickup, I'm going crazy. I'm just not slamming a $60k number in someone's face.... |
