Hey guys, so I just finished reaching my car goals via dyno and had just received news that my car hit 660whp and 593ft-lbs on the Dynojet with 25 PSI and E60 blend ! Previously, the setup I was running before was a 535whp and 510ft-lbs tune on 93 octane but wanted to play around with ethanol now that I have much closer access to it. Originally I had goals to hit 700whp but I decided to go for 650whp due to reliability and safety reasons. It took 2.5 months to finally get the car dialed in and over the months my shop (Midnite Tuning) installed :
- Burger Motorsports Phoenix Racing Intake Manifold (750cc injectors) - Motiv Motorsport Re|flex plus controller - Motiv Motorsport Re|flex plug-n-play harness - Motiv Motorsport Re|flex 0-10 bar pressure sensor - Motiv Motorsport Re|flex F-series fuel line upgrade - Motiv Motorsport Re|flex ethanol content sensor - CSF Race Line oil cooler - FTP oil catch tank system - Borgwarner by pass dual port blow off valve - Vargas Turbo crank bolt capture - Vargas Turbo crank seal guard - OEM F87 BMW M2 Competition Gauge Instrument Cluster - P3 F87 BMW M2 V3 OBD2 Gauge (orange bars / white digits) with P3 gauge ethanol sensor Along with that, I currently already have installed : Speedtech N55 Stage 3 EFR Borg Warner 8374 turbo kit - Thermal Zero 2" Black Downpipe Blanket - Eventuri blue kevlar carbon fiber N55 V1 intake - Wagner Tuning competition evo III intercooler kit with boost and charge pipe - Dorch Engineering N55 stage 2 high pressure fuel pump (from previous 93 octane map) - Precision Raceworks N55 stage low pressure fuel pumps (dual Walbro 450) - BootMod3 stage 2+ tune license + ACI Dynamix custom tuning - FI Exhaust valvetronic catback system + quad titanium blue tips + FI Exhaust pro remote kit It was a long patient wait but I didn't want the shop to rush, making sure everything was installed right and properly tested. Going to be picking up the car soon and super excited to get back on the road ! I will be detuning the car back down to a 600whp flex fuel map to preserve reliability. |

midnite tuning in Tampa, FL. the shop I went to back in CT was ACI Dynamix in Seymour, CT. the BMW tuning they have is done by Doug Newton. I highly suggest going to them, ACI Dynamix is very reputable and helped me achieve my power goals and were really helpful. and correct, I had the Borgwarner 8374 on 93 octane at 21 PSI

Good stuff! You should show us the entire dyno graph so we can see the power curve

we did some datalogging and the car still thinks we are on 93 octane from routing the 2nd LPFP to the flex fuel box. we are going to run more datalogs and make minor adjustments to the map to make sure the car knows we are using ethanol. we want to dial in the car more to make sure everything is good to good with no problems. when sitting in the car, the car felt super smooth and linear with no misfires or boost leaks. I should be pulling much harder once the map actually starts fully utilizing the ethanol. I'm super excited to have felt the power today and glad things are driving normal.

The timing advance in upper RPMs with ethanol is where you'll get flat power to redline. Hopefully your shops can clear that up soon.
Also, I'd switch your dyno chart x-axis from mph to RPM. Thanks for creating a beast and sharing! |

Amazing results, I’ve been try to tell
My self that the pure turbos are good enough for me for a while now, and finally I’m convinced that I should keep the ps2. But now I want more power , it’s all because of you . Can’t wait to see 100-200 and 60-130 numbers Congrats |
