Retrofit M2C mirrors on OG M2

Hi to all , does anyone know about the retrofit of the M2C mirrors on the OG M2 ? I've order mine , cost €2500 including carbon fiber mirror caps , but when i have noticed that the arm does not have the place to put the screw , its just a hole . I dont know if bmw sents it like this , and the dealership have to make it in order for the screw to pass . Look at some photos attached , anyone who had install them please tell me if you had the same issue .

Probably assumes the use of self-tapping screws. It will be obvious if you look at the screws.

you need to re-use the screws and they self tap into the mirrors. My first reaction was WTF!!! but then realized they were self-tapping connection
