Make sure that you are pushing on the larger tabs that hold the grill surround to the car and not the smaller tabs that hold the slats to the grill surround.

I did my first coding changes with the BimmerCode app today:

1) turned off the annoying seatbelt chimes when you first get in the car

2) stopped the iDrive warning at boot-up from showing up

3) changed the title angle on the right side mirror when reversing

4) enabled side mirror open/close on lock/unlock.

5) enabled 'Convenient Closing' with remote.

6) enabled iDrive shut-off when opening the driver door.

7) disabled volume pop-up.

They all seem like small changes but I think it all makes for a far better car.

I was under the car today and realized the "M2" on the underside of the front passenger bumper liner.

Pretty cool.

Crude scrap wrap to see how blacking out mirrors and door handles would look.

Curious to hear any feedback. Inspiration came from a white Cayman GTS I saw with the same blacked out.

installed bm3 stage 1 no mods 91 octane map
run 93 and dp and exhaust, but want keep simple til other goodies arrive

but wow def faster seem slight more lag and shift maybe wasn't as smooth in sport plus but only went down rd and back cause son was with

sport guage on car screen hit about 450/450 for whatever that's worth

seemed to quiet the exhaust a bit at idle but wayyy more burbles driving

I ordered the ultimate clutch pedal and am having a custom short shifter made with 25% throw reduction from Ron at Autosolutions. I'll also have the delay valve removed from the slave cylinder. My M2 should shift like an e46 M3 once all this is done.

Ron is the best. Such a great guy, had my e92 shifter done by him and it was butter.
