Release date Europe?

Does anyone know when the launch date is in Europe? Is it true that it is September 17?

I have heard the same:
1. My car is supposed to arrive week 37 with the very first batch of Belgian M2Cs, which coincides with the 17th of September.
2. I was told by BMW HQ Belgium in Bornem (since you are Belgian) that I would receive my car at the same time they would receive their first demo car(s).

So, yes week of 17th seems as likely as any other date for the first of Belgian cars to arrive. No clue about the rest of Europe.

I saw one going in for prep before handover at Aberdeen BMW.
Saw it heading there on Friday.

Spoke to my chap and he’s confirmed November for me in the UK - seems may wasn't early enough for order placement!

There is no specific European date. First cars have arrived in Europe.

I'm still so confused as to why BMW set a hard date for US ED of Sept 17 while US delivery ones have been popping up for a month now. After I pick it up and after my 11 day tour of Europe, I'm going to have to wait another 6-8 weeks for it. That puts me at Nov - Dec now (just in time for ke to store it away). So even though I was part of the early first batch, I will not have my car in the US until a good 3 months afterwards. Why didn't BMW just let us do ED when it was finished being built since we'd have to wait 6-8 weeks for it to ship anyway? We still wouldn't have gotten it earlier than those first US ones, but at least we wouldn't have to wait that extra time from when it's built to Sept 17, which is roughly 50 days for me (Mine's been at Final Assembly since July 25). Torture! (I know...I know...first world problems. Haha)

Mine is in production. There is no such thing as a release date for EU.

Exactly. This Sept. 17th date for the beginning of US ED is BS.
Canadians have been picking up their M2Cs for months already.
The only reason that I can think of is that there was some kind of clearance from the US that wasn't done yet like EPA or safety...? We'll probably never know the reason. I was informed by the BMW NA person that schedules EDs at the Welt that there was no way I could pick up my car before Sept. 17th. Maybe they are punishing us over tariff threats.

Ticked all the boxes......

Please post some pics when you collect it - Keen to see gold 763's on HS. Did you spec the adaptive headlights? - looking at your options above the M2 Plus pack has those in with the adaptive headlights - did you go for that or spec them individually?

Many thanks,

Mine won’t be arriving until November so need the odd reminder of what’s in store, I think yours is looking like potentially the first UK car.... My spec is similar to yours mius the 763’s but have gone with the plus pack!

Cool. Park Lane did say it should be the first in England for sure - I didn't know this but PL dealership is basically BMW UK dealership (so linked to mother ship) and seem to get priority first - worth noting for future.

My car went in for service and my sales person said that they already delivered a couple of M2C's. I saw a LBB on the parking lot in the back.
