No, since they are a low volume manufacturer. Under 10K units and you don't have to comply to the law other than that you have to buy CO2 credits from manufacturers that sell them... such as Tesla.

If I understand the laws correctly, the issue is post-production exhausts that are louder than stock. So a manufacturer can get around this by making loud stock exhausts.
