Um I think you mean Nürburg.
Nuremberg is famous for where the war trials were held, not for fast cars & is several hours away from the 'ring'.

I predict most owners aren't going to do this type of build...it's really a function of having a full supported shop after the build to continually fix and problem solve issues as its driven hard over the years. It's all about money, resources, and time. Watching the video it appears he's in the situation to accomplish his vision and is marketing it potentially after it's completely built. If you have all three I would do that in a heart beat much like this build focused on weight savings to improve the power to weight ratio.
