Turning off Photo of M235 when switching driving modes

Hey everyone - reaching out to the hive mind since I've searched far too long for the answer to this simple question:

How do I turn off the photo of the M235 that pops up in my iDrive when switching drive modes? I know there's a way...a friend of mine did it - but he can't seem to recall how. I have Bimmercode if necessary, but he seems to remember it was a setting in iDrive?

Apologies if it's right in front of my face - but can't seem to find the answer via google or these forums.

Thanks in advance!

I think you're looking for:

Bimmercode --> "Display options instrument cluster" --> "M Performance logo"

https://bimmercode.app/cars/f22/

Edit: Just realized that's the instrument cluster vehicle displayed, but I'd look around the "Display ..." settings.

Yeah - Checked that and the settings around it...nope. Thanks, though.

Yeah, I would love to get rid of it or at least shorten the time the Traction mode warning is displayed. I'll do some digging in the expert mode.

Not the answer to the question, but I change the driving mode and then press the back button on the iDrive controller switch and it gets rid of the animation fairly quickly. It's almost muscle memory now

Thanks for this! I do still have traction animation on the iDrive show up, but I imagine that is because of the higher risk involved with reduced stability control.
