OMG. Your kidding right a $100 for a bracket? BTW, that video was a joke. No one is stupid enough to screw a license plate directly into the trunk. At least I hope not.

You guys would cringe at my $4 PepBoy's frame.

But why did you need to remove the bracket in first place? Did you repaint/ppf the trunk?

The frame partially covers up the license plate sticker so it's hard to get it off in preparation to put a new one on without removing it.

These all look similar to the BMW one on my cars. So I don't think they would be an improvement.

I just bought this one and the holes do NOT line up with my '20 M2 Comp. The holes on the bracket were just slightly narrower than the ones on the car, even with the wiggle room they gave you on one of the holes.

I too am looking for a higher quality bracket that fits, or at least one with machined screws for mounting the plate instead of those crappy ones that dig into plastic to screw in.

In this one the left hole is oblong a little to make sure both bolts go in straight.

Yea I had the same one with the oblong hole. Even with that it wasn’t enough to allow the holes to line up. Weird. Maybe I got a defective one. I’ll try again.
