Just an update to this, been on the phone with CA/Eisenmann today and they have agreed it's too low and it's a production fault so they have offered to replace the exhaust.

I do have a feeling their entire production run was like that (since it looks similar to the preproduction one) so wonder what they will do for the vendors who already received them.

Any update on this. Had my mind made up on Eisenmann but not if it hangs that low. Wondering if your case was a one off or if other exhausts already in stock at vendors would have the same issue.

The "hidden exhaust mode" in MDM is only for M2 and not for M2 Competition

Hi there, sorry I missed this thread, I have now received and had fitted the replacement system, it hangs much better and couldn't fault CA/Eisenmann in their handling of this issue. I would recommend going for it no doubts now!

So, officially did Eisenmann fix the exhaust tip hanging too low issue? Looking at buying one through a vendor, just wanted to make sure before going through.

Just because they replaced one customers system doesn't mean they replaced every system in production. If you order from a vendor you're more than likely going to receive the one that hangs too low.. I wonder if ordering directly from eisenmann would solve this..?

You're assumption is probably spot on. Anyone who orders probably needs to ask questions beforehand to the vendors or directly to Eissemann

Each system for North America comes out of IND regardless which vendor you purchase the system from. We have already gone ahead and removed the old design from our shelves and replaced them with the revised systems.
