I would buy this back if I had the chance. I do not see any major structural damage. Granted the plastic bag, which is covering the window, makes it hard to get a true estimate. But pillars and roof seem unaffected. It would make an awesome Track Car with a Roll Cage. Motor alone is probably 15-20 thousand.

a) parting out a car is a lot of work
b) options are never worth much more than 10% in resale (if that) c) an offer of low forties for that car is fair Seriously. Just be happy that you weren't actually sitting in the car when the tree fell on it. Unfortunately, stuff like this happens, and we never get what we think the car is worth. I sold my '18 with 1/3 the miles for little more than your offer, and it had those options and more (built-in K40 radar/laser detector).
