Interior trim c-pillar removal help
So unfortunately newtis.info was shutdown by BMW and I am trying to avoid paying an absurd amount of money to answer one simple question: how does that rear c-pillar trim piece come off?
I am trying to reroute some dashcam wiring but one of the wires is stuck on something behind this panel, any pointers would be greatly appreciated. So far I've been looking at pictures of replacement parts of eBay trying to get an idea of the right way to pull it without breaking anything. Edit: Also, if there's a better section for this please point me to it. I couldn't find anything that really handled interior trim. |

Okay, I found one YouTube video for a 2013 328i but I can't tell if the design is close enough to ours to be a similar procedure.
The pictures of the back of a c pillar I've been able to find look like it has a clip where a good yank inwards (towards the rear seats) should pop it out but I'm worried about breaking it if I'm wrong. |
