I went Friday morning and all of these cars were parked on a lot near the autocross. I'm guessing they moved them over after that. I'm upset i missed m2cp but did see the 850i. Its a big car but pretty cool concept. I would never drive one as it's not my style, but I wouldn't say it was ugly

HS is definitely an interesting color, might have too much pearl in the paint for me. Wheels were a let down, make the car look too soft and that cow udder exhaust, wow! The front joining grilles actually look person in person, was surprised about that.

Designer: perfect, just put em below the taillights and make sure to match that weird upward angle of the style line of the bumper so its not level with the ground. It'll look like i remembered them and its intentional

Bumper and hood are not made out of the same material on the CS iirc, so it will never be perfect. LRG is just like HS with a non-metallic looking base but actually is metallic or pearl. I am not sure how much is optical illusion or effect of the paint.

I understand a paint on plastic won't match 100% to a paint on a different material but it's usually possible to match it pretty close so that the difference is not noticeable to the naked eye. Look at other colors in the first post, none of them has the problem that HS has (except for the Lime Rock Gray). Ok maybe this isn't really a problem, maybe it's just the character of this specific color but at least it looks like a bad paint job. This can be seen especially in the unedited pics of HS:

Wow I had never noticed it till now but you're absolutely correct! There's definitely a subtle difference! Maybe it has to do with the angle of light reflection on different curvatures?

Yeah. Car looks massive. Sunset Orange looks good on it though (m850).

It is Purple Silk. These were all at Homestead in late June and I remember seeing the actual window sticker for it.
