275/30 & 305/30 19's fitment on 2020 M2C
Planning on a set of Apex 19" rims with Et 28 9.5 front and Et45 11's.
Have 2.5F 1.8 rear for my street camber setting on TC Kline CO's lowered with about a finger of clearance between the lip and the tire. I could also go with the 19x10'5's but the tire I want only comes in the 275 305 combo. Thoughts? HAZMAT

2. 11 +45 isn't an issue, but the 305 could be (depending on the tire you're trying to run). A much better bet is the 295 on 11 (if the tire runs wide). What is this mystery tire? |

Yes I know that...I've seen a few people on here running 305's.
I guess I'm stuck with the 265/295 combo...

I know the feeling of being stuck with certain widths sucks, but choosing a wide-running tire you're damn near at 305 with the 295... You're not considering the 71RS? |

I think it might be OK with all the same specs as above on an 11” wheel, bc the top tire width wouldn’t be any different, just a cpl mm wider at sidewall and 6mm at the wheel/fender. But it would be really, really damn close and is why I ran the 10.5” wheel. As for the front, I run 18x10 ET25 & 275/35/18 (near identical sizing as 275/30/19) and Dinan HAS without spacers or rubbing. You’d have to run all the math bn my setup and yours to figure out if you might run into issues. Below are a cpl pics of 18x10.5 ET40 EC-7R & 305/35/18 for reference (incl Turn 1 at Watkins a few weeks ago). My 18 tire is slight taller than the 19 you’re thinking about, and the ET40 wheel vs ET45 kind of simulates a 19x11 ET45 but not exactly. It’s a close fit! Here’s a pic in the bus stop with some compression: https://clutchfoto.zenfolio.com/p329127833/h3f5ae71d Last edited by ZM2; 08-23-2022 at 08:22 PM.. |

I'm running 275/35r18 on 10et23 up front and 305/30r19 on 11et44 in the rear with Hankook RS4s. 10et23 clears the spring perch on my Ohlins R&T (65mm ID spring, so bigger spring/perch than TCK's 2.5" ID springs) and I still have ample room on the outside fender for compression. Tread widths of the RS4s in those sizes are 10.3" for the front, and 11.4" rear. Tread widths of your SC3 selection are 9.4"/11.2", and RT660 10.2"/11.4".

One more question...how much Rear Neg camber were you all able to get with the OEM setup?
I think I was told I could only get around 2.0? If I have to go aftermarket for a kit that can add more Neg rear All I see is SPL which is like $800 bucks! Any other less expensive routes? TIA, HAZMAT

Hi all,
I'm still concerned about rear clearance since my existing setup in the rear rubs a tad under full compression.. 295/30/19 Michelin 4S on OEM 19x9.5" rims with around 1.8 Neg camber. I don't want to order the Falken RT660's 305/30/19 unless I'm sure I can make it fit on either 10.5's or 11"s with a 45 offset. My math is as follows: OEM> 19x10" with ET 40 with the 295/30 Michelin 4S's. Going to the Et 45 11" rims I'm gaining 8MM outside and 18MM less on the inside just for the rims. Going from a 11.9" SW 295 to a 12.5" SW 305. Its great that a few of you have fitted 305's with success.. Just worried about the math here...

Following this thread as well… I am in the Group Buy for the Apex 20x9.5 ET22 and 20x11 ET44 for my M2CS. I'm currently on factory 763M wheels and the stock 245/35/19 Cup2 up front and a 295/35/19 cup2 in the back on H&R coils and no issues and great fitment from the stock setup…. I am thinking about going with 265/30/20 and 305/30/20 with the new wheels… Will update this post with some pics of the stock setup for now.

So what I'm saying is if you are replacing with SPL RUA's you will probably need the SPL toe arms as well.

THX for the feedback Mr Rizk
What shims are you talking about? These? https://www.olsenmotorsports.net/pro...mber-shim-kit/ I think 2.2 in the rear would be ideal. I see these to get toe back where I want it: https://www.splparts.com/products/bm...m-version.html

For a rear track camber alignment it would be around the 2.1 - 2.5* depending on how aggressive you are. For me based on tyre wear, a circuit track alignment is about 2.3*
