In fact, the fully WET temp of Catrol SRF of 518F is just below the DRY temp of ATE 200 of 536F. Pretty easy decision. BTW the SRF Dry temp is 608F. |

no doubt always better safe than sorry. I am switching to Castrol srf for my rally car. Mainly for the wet bp performance. We race rain or shine and I understand that absorption occurs more as hot temps cool off, which is many times per day. Have been bleeding every day and sometimes twice per day on a 4/5 day rally.

We generally change our brake fluid after every track weekend. For the marginal cost of great-quality brake fluid and the ease of flushing the system in less then 30 minutes it is cheap insurance to be sure your brakes are operating at 100%.

By fire bottle do you mean fire extinguisher? If so, that is incorrect. It is NOT required. PCA events are some of the easiest to attend in my experience...at least the chapter events I've attended.
