FSC map update and more

A question regarding upgrades with FSC codes - my main goal is to update maps, I can get a lifetime code for around $20. But for $40, I've seen offers with some additional features:
-CarPlay (which I already have)
-Full screen CarPlay
-Clear SWT Persistence / Clear current FSCs
-BlackScreen / Region Unlock
-Open SSH
-EVO Virginize - Clear V850
-EVO VO Coding FIX
-Remove Component Protection

I have no idea what most of these are, and which I need/want.
My car has:
Multimedia
S609 Navigation System Professional
S674 Hi-Fi System Harman Kardon
S698 Area-Code 2 For DVD
S6AC Intelligent Emergency Call
S6AE Teleservices
S6AK Connected Drive Services
S6AM Real-Time Traffic Information
S6AP Remote Services
S6NW Telephony With Wireless Charging
Current iStep: F020-19-03-546

It's a 2018, id6 on NBTevo_Q18491I, I have an e-net cable and feature installer, no problems here.

My questions:
1. Which of the features I need/want apart from lifetime map code and full screen CarPlay?
2. Is there a new iStep? If yes, will the FSC codes carry over in case of an update (car is still under warranty)?
