spacers = additional unsprung weight. i wouldn't run a spacer except if running square wheel/tire sizes. 295 is wide for the stock wheel and if you run 255 up front, you'll get a bit more understeer.

i was able to separate the GC plates from my V3's. i'm selling the V3's for $1450 shipped.
