Even if you match the middle piece with the body color, it still leaves the front camera exposed — which would look even more awkward imo.

There aren't any front cameras on the M2C grill.

You're right! I coulda swore I saw some pics with a camera in between the two kidney grills, but there isn't one. I stand corrected!

There is one on the '19 M5. Right in the middle of the grill.

18s don't clear CCBs and won't clear M2C's larger brakes either due them being the same size. If you look at the F8x CCB or M2C wheel pics, you'll see how close those calipers are to the wheel barrel. So I don't think 18s are physically possible. However, if you have any info that we are not aware of, I'm sure you'll make a lot of F8x owners happy
I'll do some research! In my 18+ years of bmw ownership (w competitive tracking for lots of those years) I would never want to rub a 19" wheel, 18" was the largest I ever went on my e92m3, 17" was the smaller on my e46m. There's no way you can realistically hope to track hardcore on a 20" 666 right?!!

*I'm asking and telling you! Lol

I 100% agree with you. I do 10+ track days a year and 18s have always been my choice. This is one of the main reasons why I'll be replacing those stock brakes on mine with a BBK that can accommodate 18s.

Some how new GT3 and GT3 RS owners realistically track with 20” and 21” wheels.

I highly doubt those guys are keeping the oem 20/21" wheels on for track duty! I might be wrong, and if I am that shit is crazy.

With some darker wheels and a design with more spoke spacing it would definitely stand out more. My silver 6 piston stand out with my black wheels.

It just gets lost with that busy wheel design. Plus it needs some concave or lip to make it more aggressive and tie into the looks of the front bumper.

It's an interesting question - many people tracked their 20' Carerra S wheels when I was in 981 land...

Most of them don’t have a choice with giant carbon ceramics. For the GT3 owners with iron brakes, 19’s is as small as they can go. Non GT 991 owners can’t fit 18’s because barrels hit lower control arms.

Looks good. It seems like BMW saved all the MPSS tires for the M2C.

I thought that dealer looked familiar, Bill Jacobs, same place I picked up my 435i ZHP. They treated me very good, a great place to purchase a new BMW.

HRE and Forgeline make 19inch wheels for the GT3 crowd that fits with CCBs and RWS.

Hopefully Apex will be able to make 18s that fit these brakes now that there's a market for it.

Looks so good. I think I do prefer this over the hyped Hockenheim Silver.
