New user + M mirrors
Hi guys new user here, had my OG M2 LCI a few months now and I love the thing.
Now I wish I'd come across the threads on this forum before hand, but I came across some pretty tidy F82 M4 mirrors thinking they'd fit the M2. But as I know now the mounting points are different and they don't fit. I was wondering if it's at all possible to modify them in anyway to fit? I think it'd mean whole new arms therefore not cost effective. Anyone in the market for some mirrors? |

Correct, the 2 series mirror bases are not the same as the 3/4. Definitely should've done your research beforehand. I would not modify them, I would attempt to return or resell them and then get M2C mirrors which will plug and play right on. These won't be of any use to anyone here most likely but I'm sure you could find a prospective buyer pretty quickly on the F3X section of the forum:

Hi MikeF87LCI,
Alternatively you could take a look here. Based in the U.K. https://autoid.uk.com/collections/au...ng-mirror-unit Regards, M |

Thanks for the replies
Yeah I thought as much really, my own fault tbh but hopefully I can sell them on and source the right M2C ones. Yeah I'm familiar with the autoid stuff, although it is a good replica I much prefer the genuine ones |
