Getting the wheels truly clean took me several hours yesterday. They where brand new and never used so I assumed they'll be clean very fast. I was sooo wrong....

Today I finally applied the nanolex Si3D coating, the IND black gloss roundels and the M stem caps.

...ready for mounting next monday!

Bought the M2C about three weeks ago and was finally able to take it out for a nice long drive with the family today; amazing machine... Just prior to the drive, I detailed it and as I was about to take the picture below a freaking bird did his business on the hood ... Thanks for looking...

Just got the car back today and not much km done yet. But i am very (positively) surprised so far, the ride is more convenient on highways, less body roll, can clearly feel the lower center of gravity.

She looks, feels and handles much better!

-20mm front and back, bmw recommended street setup for compression and rebound. Will give it 1500-2000km to settle in and then see where I want to go to with

2. Calculation of backpressure in exhaust not correct, DME needs to be updated

1. The sticker refers to the fact that winter tires are not speed W as is V - equal to 0

2. DME update packed with all modules soft update and you get a new steering software - the direction becomes soft and the car dances at high speeds.

I made the update and regret.
Is the steering much softer even in Sport+ ? I heard many people say the Sport+ steering was too stiff and Comfort was better but for me personally, a steering can never be too stiff... I'm waiting to take delivery of my car soon but if the new update makes the steering crap that might be a deal breaker for me because the improved steering on the M2C was a selling point

Now that more time has elapsed, how does it feel compared to stock in a daily setting? Potholes, uneven road, you name it. I'm really considering this but I'm afraid of making my DD much more firm than it already is.

Only 475km so far. I expect at least another 1'000-1'500km for the "final" result. It's a bit more firm but absolutely capable as DD. It actually is my daily driver so... The pros outweigh by far for me. I also think it heavily depends on general road quality and driving style if you like it or not. In my case, definitely best thing i've done to her so far!
