Yes. Not so much a semi-slick, just a sticky road tire. 200 tw, same as the V601. Semi-slick is 60-100. |

Different idea for you. The feeling was totally transformed on my PS4Ss when I got 19X9.5 and 19X10.5 wheels. Note though that I am running 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 tires.
Since you are also in the Seattle area I would be open to having you drive my M2 and feel the difference for yourself. |

To me, the term "slick" implies a competition tire, and semi-slick implies an almost competition tire. Tires like the 888R, Trofeo R, A048, etc, are all less than 100 tw. The NT01's I'm running are 100 tw. Standard road tires like the PS4S are 300 tw. The 200 tw tires to me are just fast road tires, and closer to the PS4S than to the comp tires. But I guess anyone can call any tire whatever they like. |

At 17k miles and one track day I'm saying goodbye to my set of cup2s. I wish I had another set of wheels because I'd get more track time on them. Here is what they look like after my recent track day. They started out at slightly less than 2/32 tread on a day at CMP where I ran 90 laps ranging from quickest at 1:51 and longest at 2:08. I never had the tires rotated left to right because I didn't expect them to last this long. The insides did wear faster. I'll rotate the new set every 3500 miles and see how that helps. The new set is getting a track weekend right away so it will be interesting to see how that impacts the life.

The tires in the current state would not be safe in the rain and that is why I'm changing the. Im still driving on them until Monday, but if it rains I'll take another vehicle. |

I can't stop thinking about these tires…. I've never really fallen for the 4S I have a brand new set of wheels just sitting there waiting for me to figure out what the hell I'm gonna do Those Cup 2 ⭐️ tires are supposed to be a very unique tire and much better than the typical Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2's

Sorry, hot temps. Driving on the street the Micheline track connect green zone is 36-44 psi hot.
On track at CMP the green zone is 36-41 hot. I found 36-37 psi was where I was quickest, but at 37psi I'd start overheating the tires. 36 psi hot seemed to keep the tire temps out of the "need to adjust" zone if I were on track for 20min. Next month I'm going to make sure I get them up to 34psi hot before getting aggressive and 35psi before trying to improve my laptime. The sides wear very quickly when pressure is low. Running these with too low pressure is how they get destroyed quickly from edge wear. Yes, running cup 2 *. They also have the DT1 on them. These are the factory tires it was delivered with.
