Getting 118401 and 190302 Codes

I’m FBO-PS2-XDI running version 2.0 of a Jordan custom tune.

Car sat for about 1-week with e30 in the tank, then threw the following codes and is running rough... could it be bad gas?

Also, stalled on first start attempt, but would start on second try.

118401 - mixture control, mixture too lean
190302 - Tank Ventillation

Does anyone have any ideas?

Update:
Codes have cleared and after some light driving around are gone... does anyone have any ideas to point me in the right direction?

Thank you!!!

Faults did not re-appear... looks like I’m going ghost hunting this weekend! Cary indicated it was likely a result of the DME learning the new tune...

Sorry, wish I could help more. The site is pretty helpful in explaining the codes, if you need to dig deeper you'll definitely need ISTA. So hoping that all is well with the 'M'.

This was a big help. Likely a gas cap and fueling at startup. Whew 😅
